School of Choice (SOC) funding* can cover tuition for any one of our Renaissance Academy (RA) programs: Renaissance Homeschool Group (RHG), Renaissance Hybrid Academy (RHA), or Renaissance Players (RP).
Families that would prefer to be with RA on a 100% self-pay basis (rather than enroll for SOC funding) are welcome to do so.
Too many great RA classes to limit your student? We hear you! Many families feel the same and opt to self-pay for additional RA classes beyond those that funding can cover. Additional classes are offered at a discounted rate. Scroll down for details!
We do all we can to keep required and optional fees as low as possible. Details are listed below in the 23/24 Fees section below.
All families are entirely responsible for the funding of their student's enrollment with Renaissance Academy. In the rare case where a family drops School of Choice enrollment or does not fulfill funding requirements for the full school year, students are converted to 100% self-pay with RA, with the family responsible for the tuition that would have been SOC funded.
Assuming that all SOC funded classes are taken through Renaissance Academy.

Drop fees after confirming RA enrollment are as follows:
Optional School of Choice funding for RA classes is available through Oxford Virtual Academy (OVA). OVA admission is not need dependent and is open to most Michigan students via School of Choice enrollment.
